Gestalt Language Processing
Gestalt Language Processing is an evidence-based theory of language development.

Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) is not a disorder or a difficulty, it is one of the ways how children develop their language skills, however, some children get 'stuck' in stages of Gestalt Language Development and require therapeutic support. A trained clinician in Gestalt Language Processing can help these children progress across the development stages and support them to thrive in their development.

Natalia is a Gestalt Language Processing trained clinician and can be found on the GLP Trained Clinical Registry by clicking here. She can assess in which stage of development your child is and support them to progress across the stages. Natalia uses play-based, child-led and neurodiversity affirming approach in her sessions.

Autism and Social Communication Support
At Speech Esteem, we offer comprehensive support for Autism - including social communication, complex language skills, emotional regulation, behaviour, self-advocacy, self-identity and more.

We can offer child-led, play-based neurodiversity affirming intervention sessions at your home, targeting identified areas of needs during the assessment.

Specialised Speech and Language Therapist can also come to your child's school to deliver targeted and specialised support to your child and teachers and/or teaching assistants working with your child and provide recommendations in a written form upon request.
Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) Support
AAC - Alternative or Augmentative Communication is a term that is used to describe varied styles of communication apart from verbal speech. This can be in the form of using printed communication books, iPads or tablets with communication apps, gestures or signs.

Natalia has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), who require AAC for their daily functioning. She can support with selecting the right AAC method and vocabulary, building skills for your child to use the selected AAC method, educate the child's environment about their alternative or augmentative communication as well as provide training to caregivers and school staff on how to use the selected AAC method.

Speech & Language Delays and Disorders
Children naturally develop their communication skills and learn new things as they are growing and developing, however, sometimes they can show some difficulties acquiring new skills and as a result may require support from a Speech and Language Therapy professional.

At Speech Esteem, we offer comprehensive assessment and intervention for children that show signs of delayed or disordered language development, delayed or disordered speech sounds development, or differences in their attention and listening skills, as well as social communication.
Support for Parents
At Speech Esteem, we recognise the importance of collaboration with caregivers of the children we serve.

We offer personalised and comprehensive Parent Coaching service as well as Workshops for parents and individualised, tailored support sessions to discuss any questions that caregivers/parents might have about their child's current communication profile of strengths and needs.
